Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.

Change of Mind

All items being returned for change of mind must be returned in the same condition in which you received the item. For change of mind returns:

New items must be returned unused, undamaged and unworn;

All items must not be damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition because of customer negligence, misuse or

tampering;

Packaging must be unopened.

All packaging and documentation (e.g. boxes, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity etc.) must be included with the item being returned for change of mind.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

As Amazon will execute the refund on our behalf, it can be faster if you go through your Amazon buyer account directly to submit a refund request.
